Firstly let me give you a little information about myself. I am a qualified welder fabricator classic car enthusiast and have done all the work myself.
I worked in a engine reconditioning shop where I fully rebuilt the whole engine to the finest detail.
Bored & honed barrels with over sized pistons and rings.
Polished crank and new bearings.
Complete overhaul on both cylinder heads with polished ports and valves.
Skimmed & slightly lightened flywheel
With new clutch & cable.
Reconditioned 5 speed manual gearbox.
Every nut & bolt stainless steal.
New water pump.
New oil pump.
Full gasket set.
New plugs and leads.
Full silicone hose set.
New engine mounts
Full 3 inch exhaust with tubular headers.
New 15" alloys with toyo low profile front tyres and wide tyres on rear.
Front Bilstein Suspension with Adjustable Avo's on the rear.
Drilled and Groved Discs (new) with new pads and overhauled front Calipers complimented by Braided Lines.
Reconditioned break master cylinder.
Sand blasted subframe and repainted gloss black.
Has had a few weld patches that needed doing. The seal and drivers footwell were the worst. All done to a very high standard. Top strut reinforced patches also done.
Sound proofing flooring inside.
Snap off removable steering wheel whilst Keeping the standard look still.
Rare standard seats all in very good condition.
Factory X-Pack body kit.
Clear front indicators
Original number plate but probably worth a bit spelling "BEV"
New rubber door seals and other seals added.
Shel was sand blasted and resprayed 2 years ago.
New shaped floor matts.
I have a fully documented folder with receipts and pictures of the build.
The car drives like new and runs like a dream.
Constantly get the thumbs up from on lookers and everyone comments on how nice the car is.
Few small bits still need completing for the car to be perfect.
Could do with the sun roof being painted again.
It is also missing the sun roofs interior trim. Phoned everywhere trying to source one.
The drivers seat folding mechanism doesn't work. But you can still wind it forwards and backwards.
Could do with the radio wiring in or a new modern CD player fitted.
I feel I have listed the car for a reasonable price.
These sort of Classic Rare Fords will keep raising in value. So think of them as an investment as well as some fun.
